T. Lynn Davis Realty & Auction Company has 70 years experience in conducting auctions of real estate, farm machinery, heavy equipment, vehicles, estates and bankruptcies. It was founded by T Lynn Davis in 1946 and he worked in the company until a couple of months before his passing in May 2013. He made considerable contribution in to the auction profession in state of Georgia. He served as president of Georgia Auctioneers Association in 1976-77 and in 1984 earned the honor of being inducted into The Georgia Auctioneers Hall of Fame.
His son, James T Davis, has worked with his father since he was a teenager and he is President of the Company now.

We have 4 to 5 Auctions at our 4459 Broadway Location and we also go and do offsite auctions for our customers. We also offer daily sales between auctions on consignment.
